What should you include in your request?
Send the project address and the number of structures through the contact form. Include the building use, approximate room or unit count and your relationship to the owner. Name the person responsible for arranging entry into tenant spaces and restricted areas.
Attach or have ready the floor plans, past measurement reports and any lender or agency instructions. For a school or childcare property, identify the facility type and request confirmation of service suitability and qualifications. Do not assume a general commercial quotation covers a specialized program requirement.

- Written reporting requirements and requested delivery date.
When is the appointment confirmed?
Indicate your desired completion date so feasibility can be discussed. Device placement, collection, access coordination and reporting need a confirmed scope and schedule. The inquiry alone does not establish an appointment or ensure that a lender will accept the eventual report.
